Peaceful getaway, family friendly.
Love that the thermal waters are included and do are breakfast, lunch and dinner. Spa is additional money, and so are beer and cocktails. Room was spacious and very tranquil Tuliman waterfalls and park is close by, about 20mins from hotel, there's a great bakery on the way to the hotel close to the Chignawapan laguna that still makes bread in a wooden heated oven which gives the bread an amazing flavor!
The road to get down to the hotel is very sketchy, it's a long long dirt road better to go with a 4x4 vhiechle smaller cars may get stuck. One of the beds had stained sheets and a hair, but I called the reception and they quickly came to change the bed sheets.

Well, the hot springs are classic probably one of the best in the world
For years the food was the reason to come back, but now food is not good at all, the variety and taste is really poor I don't think it with value for the money
